About the owner
Whitney Riley began her career as a Certified Shorthand Reporter in 1989. In 1995, Whitney started using real-time technology and had the opportunity to provide CART services for a meeting of the Hearing Loss Association of America. Since then, she has been dedicated to helping members of the deaf and hard of hearing community, which led her to begin CaptionSource, LLC in 1997. While the company has grown tremendously in the past 21 years, the goal of ensuring quality communication access services for all has remained the same.
