As a lead editor on a major testing program, I am always in meetings and recently, more so via phone than onsite. I initially had Whitney come onsite to provide CART and she shared with me about using remote CART. At first, I was hesitant simply because of the unknown – Would I really catch things on time? Would I know who’s talking? After the first remote CART meeting, I was hooked! Now, I use Whitney for every phone meeting and training I have at work and it’s been a true blessing. Easy to set it up last minute, there is little to no delay in receiving the information, very accurate, and she has a real knack for recognizing voices and identifying speakers. I am very quick to recommend Whitney to friends and colleagues who need captioning services.
Thank you for all that you have done for all of our students, Whitney! Jennifer will be walking the stage on Sunday as she graduates with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. John is starting his clinical rotations this Monday. Amy will graduate in May 2012. You should know that you have a key role in the success of each of these students.
I am writing on behalf of Whitney Riley. She has provided CART services for Sunshine Cottage each year since 2002 for various events in our program. Board meetings, Awards night, Christmas play, Alumni gathering, and our Fiesta Celebration.
Additionally, she has also coordinated and provided services for the Texas Chapter of the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for both board meetings and our state wide conferences in both 2003 and 2005, held here in San Antonio.
Being Hearing impaired myself, I have benefited from her services in both here at Sunshine Cottage and Texas AGBELL. Whitney’ work is exceptional and I am very honored and privileged to be on the receiving end of her talent. In fact, she is my number one choice for services.
Whitney L. Riley has provided captioning services for the San Antonio Livestock Exposition, Inc, since 1999. Mrs. Riley is a level V CART provider. During our eight year relationship with Mrs. Riley we have found her to be professional, courteous and highly skilled in providing captioning services to our patrons.
We have enjoyed our relationship with Mrs. Riley and hope that it continues for many years.
Whitney and her colleagues have provided CART for the Texas Chapter of the Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for many years. We have had her provide services for our board meetings and conferences. She is the consummate professional who cares about her consumers. She takes time to help us understand what she needs in order to help us during conferences, comes very prepared to jump in and set up quickly, and works well under extreme time pressure. I wholeheartedly recommend her to other organizations for these reasons.
